• Software sales and support for:-
(1) Sage Instant Accounts – entry level.
(2) Sage Line 50 Accounts - single user Accountant to networked Financial Controller.
(3) Sage Forecast forecasting package.
(4) Sage Payroll.
(5) Customer Focus Business Software.
• Supply of all stationery requirements to support the above software.
• Limited Company Formation and liaise with Companies House with reference to directors and registered office.
• Due diligence investigations on potential acquisitions
• Conversely preparing a company for sale and identifying a purchase
• Book keeping both on client site and at our offices

All initial consultations are provided free of charge. During this consultation the client’s requirements are established and a fixed fee quote for the services required is create. This leaves the client in no doubt of the cost of the services and indicates to us that they understand the basis on which invoices will be raised. The fixed fee means that all phone calls, conversations, advice and visits are all covered.
